What better way to kick back and relax than with your favourite pair of socks and a good book.
We have put together some of our favourites to inspire your next read...
This Too Shall Pass
Julia Samuel
Review by Eleanor
The easily recognisable Japanese artwork hints at the content which explores our ever changing circumstances and challenges and the reminder that nothing is constant. Although wordy at times, you find yourself relating to one or many of the people who share their stories and Julia’s insight kept me turning the pages.

A Clockwork Orange
Anthony Burgess
Review by Annie

I have no shame in admitting that Burgess’ classic had me so hooked that I read it in two days. Not only do you get to learn a new language, ‘Nadsat’ (which may seem incomprehensible, and a little bit ridiculous at the beginning) along the way, but Alex’s taste in art and rebellion makes him such an interesting protagonist which makes you follow his defamiliarized journey of youth to adulthood. It is a ‘choodessny’ read!
