An exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing giftware and fashion brand.
The role of Creative Executive will focus around product design and account management for Solesmith’s key clients (including Next, Notonthehighstreet.com and Prezzy Box)
This varied role will include elements of buying, design work, and marketing. You will be responsible for working with the director to bring the Solesmith brand to life for our customers.

Key responsibilities will include
Product development, planning and designing. Working to a calendar to ensure tight and varied deadlines are met.
Developing relationships with your key accounts in order to create designs which fit briefs and to wow customers.
Play a role in the creative concepts around the customer experience. Working with colleagues or agencies to ensure that elements such as the website, product packaging and the brand story on social channels showcases the Solesmith brand.
Overseeing and getting involved in all elements of the product development journey - from concept stage through to sampling, photography and copywriting.
Analysing and representing sales results and working with the director for planning for future developments and set KPI’s and goals.
A candidate who is passionate about design and the gifting industry
Qualifications to degree level (ideally in a creative subject)
Knowledge working with photoshop or Illustrator.
Exceptional organisation skills
Very confident with technology and key systems such as Excel, Word and online platforms
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Salary is dependent upon experience (Around £16,500 - £22,000/ year) additional benefits will include pension, paid holidays, and staff discount.
